Unknown plant

I have had this plant for years now a nobody I know can tell me what it is and I haven't seen it in any garden centre.

 

Try Flowering almond,Prunus glandulosa 'Rosea plena', pretty plant.

 

Thanks. I've hand this plant sitting in the middle of a hedge up untill a few years ago and forgot about it and moved it into the open where it started to bloom again. Originally it got infested with scale bugs hence the move.
