I have a strange plant growing rapidly in my front yard. It is aromatic to the touch or if the leaves are crushed. Very feathery, about 5' tall. Main branches are ribbed, and sparsely filled in. No flowers or fruits yet. It grew about 2' in 30 days! No spines or other covering anywhere. Smells like it could be a wild herb of some kind. I need to move it or destroy it since it is taking over our picture window. What is it, and what should I do with it? See pics.

    Maybe Artemisia vulgaris.
