In The Garden: unknown plant in the backyard

    Second year. Still no flowers and fruits from the plant so far.
    Wondering if should get rid of it.

    It definitely looks like one of the Kiwi vines. It will probably be years before it blooms.

    don't they need male and or female to bear fruit?

    Normally, yes, self-fertile cultivars exist, though. Anyways, the plant in question is unlikely to be self-fertile.
