this plant is growning in my garden and no one knows what it is. Please help me identify. thanks. it has a small yellow flower, it has a small pod the size of a dime , the plant overall is a light green, with a little hair on the stem, it grows tall like a bean stalk, with large round heartshaped leaves.
Nothing worse than some anonymous interloper running amuck in the garden. Odd that nobody could ID it. Abutilon theophrasti is an easy to ID plant. It is considered a noxious weed but at the same time has many uses. It is especially famous for its distinctive fruit.
