Identification: Unknown plant in Michigan home

    I was hoping I could find details on this plant.

    The people to sell this plant, deny selling it and acted offended that we said it came from their garden. We were just looking for details if possible.

    Just seems like an odd situation so I wanted to find out exactly what it was that my mother had in her home.

    A Kalanchoe of some kind, it would not survive a Michigan winter--indoors only.
