Hi all, I would trully appreciate your help with this. The plant's flowers never open their petals. They only come out then become yellow then they fall out without opening their petals. I do not know what I am doing wrong and I do not know what is the plant called in order to find out the proper way to take care of it. Any help in identifiying the plant is hugely appreciated.
