In The Garden: Unknown berry

    Can anyone id this? The gardener thought it was goji but the berry shape and last structure don't seem right.

    Perhaps a solanum . . . the flower at the top of the photo makes me think of Solanum dulcamara.

    Sorry, the blue at the top is another plant entirely. This is a woody shrub. This picture shows the leaf and branching structure a bit better. The berries remind me a little bit ofvthe arals on yews.

    Ditto to Goumi (Elaeagnus multiflora). Very tasty.
