    Probably the cultivar 'Sango Kaku', characterised by those bright red branches.

    It doesn't look quite right to be Sango Kaku. That has a good orange colouring on the newer growth. It is the right shape though so may be different clone. Sango kaku may be found under the name Senkaki too.

    Definitely looks like a coralbark maple to me. Same habit, twigs and leaves.
