Unable to identify this plant. Growing in Southern Oregon on dry mixed woodland hillside. Most plants are less than one foot tall and do not bear any flowers. However, several are taller and bear somewhat ungainly clumps of white flowers. Tried identification using trifoliate(?) leaf images with no luck. Any ideas?

Thank you Daniel. My follow-up on this plant shows that Psoralea physodes has been renamed Rupertia physodes. BTW, great Website!

I found some of this in a Seattle area park growing along a narrow, informal dirt trail.

    It soon got paved over.
