In The Garden: Unidentified plant

    I have a good collection of flower and plant books, however a plant growing in my neighbours garden has got us stumped, she believes it has been brought in some alien way! as she never bought it. I was wondering if anyone can help identify it.

    It is about two and a half feet tall, multi-stemed, the stems are red.

    Thank you for replying to my post, I agree to your information, I have seen from another sight that is classed as an invasive weed that is also called "touch me not", I prefer policemans helmet for a pet name
