I'm not very familiar with dogwoods and I've seen a couple recently that look like this one. My question is; are supposed to look like this or are they thirsty? Aside from the leaves looking (to me) as though they are drooping, they appear green and healthy. Both are in full sun and are 15 miles from one another. Thanks.
Yes: It is the summer weather. I have a Kousa myself that is a real pain during summer, drooping quickly between waterings.
