Last year the Daffodils both at my home and my work place (a mere3km apart) didn't bloom. I read that it could have been due to over watering or the fact that they were cut down too soon? (not enough sunlight to convert energy for the following year?)

Any ideas on what to do about this? Should I dig them up? Are the bulbs still good if I do? ACK!

    Thanks so much!

Best is not to cut the foliage back until after it dies back naturally. Then it has the leaf area needed to collect enough energy to develop flower buds for the following year.
