ulmus 'jacqueline hillier'

Is this a dwarf variety? Anyone know the full name? Growing conditions?

 

Cultivar of Ulmus X elegantissima. Shrubby in habit, the biggest one I've seen perhaps 10 ft. tall at most.

 

Thx much-do you think it could be happy in large container?
