    Hello!

I found this plant at a Home Depot and bought it because I have a italian/tuscan style pot that I knew it would be beautiful in. However, as most large stores do, they did not have a correct name for this plant. It is absolutely beautiful, and I would love to see it flourish, but, I have no idea what conditions are ideal for it. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your plant is definately not a fern. It looks like Lysimachia Nummularia Aurea ;common name Creeping Jenny.Hardy to -25c. Naturally grows in damp shady places. Has small yellow flowers. Looks good in a container where it will weep over the edges. Can be really invasive where happy.
