Identification: Two trees on Oak and 49th

Hello, could someone tell me what these blossoms are? I found them on Oak and 49th

Posting #1 are 'Shirotae' - double white blossoms, leaves opening green. Fragrant.

While the identity of the Fremlin and 43rd tree remains a mystery, I'm also wondering what these 3 trees are; one's on Fremlin and 48th



Another's on Ash and 52nd



And the last on Ash and 50th
