One is a dwarf evergreen shrub of some kind, one looks like a daylily, but it's not. Any idea what these are?
The second one sure looks like Agapanthus, but whatever it is is a perennial here, so I don't think it can be Agapanthus since we're in zone 6. Do you think there might be a hybrid variety of this hardy enough to weather zone 6? According to the research I've done on this plant, it's only perennial outside through zone 8. It wasn't just planted, it's been there for years. Is it possible Agapanthus can survive outside here?
Re: Can Agapanthus survive outside in zone 6? Typing cold-hardy Agapanthus into Google yielded this... http://www.highcountrygardens.com/catalog/product/11700/
Re: Can Agapanthus survive outside in zone 6? That must be what it is. I never thought to google that ... thank you so much!!
