Two plants ID help

    I have two plants that I found in the woods here in N. AL and they where by a stream.
    The first one looks like some kind of violet that likes moist areas and it has fuzzy leafs and is purple on the back side(4.5 inches long).
    The second picture is some kind of vine that I found growing on moist ground by a stream (6 inches long).

    The first one looks sort of like a Lamium

    First one looks like malva. Malva neglecta is a very common weed, a likely possibility.
