Identification: Two more plants I have no idea what they are...

    After such a successful post identifying my Calathea, I thought I'd try a couple others. The one isn't doing well, and I have no idea where it came from. The other was given to me by my mother-in-law, and I can't remember what it is, but it seems to be doing well. Any ideas anyone?
