Twisted Branch Deciduous ID

    Looking for an ID of this tree? shrub start. Plant is currently around 3 feet tall, and residing in North Vancouver, BC. Thank you in advance.:)

    Only viewing this on my phone, so can't get the best view, but perhaps corkscrew willow. Leaves look rather lush, though.

    Definitely one of the contorted willow cultivars (more than one kind has been distributed).
