I am desperately trying to identify the tree in the front yard of our new house. When we moved in, in late October the tree had large (up to 10") heart shaped leaves. From what I can tell, they looked similar to a catalpa. It still has a good percentage of its seed pods attached. I have attached a picture of the pods. Any help anyone could provide would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
