Identification: Tropical Indoor Bonsai Tree Identification

    So, I got this tree as a gift... I have no clue what it is, and neither does my uncle who is somewhat of a bonsai enthusiast. I know it is tropical, because it doesn't need a dormant period.

    From what I've seen online, it looks to be very similar to the above answer. I've never seen it flower though. Any ideas why?

    Privet is unlikely to bloom indoors due to lack of sunlight.
