Hi 'Thai' We live on Vancouver Island and we have Trillium 'ovatum', 'grandiflorum' (N.A. native). Both of these are white fading to pink. Trillium 'chloropetalum giganteum rubra' a little harder to find (maybe at Pheonix Perrennials, in the lower mainland). It is a sessile form that the flower comes from the center of the three leaves with large burgundy flower. The Trillium 'rivale' is fairly small, but form very nice clumps, quite early on. The form that we have is white with red speckles on the petals. All are hardy to Z. 5-6 and we have ours planted on the north facing side of our house and receive only morning sun for 2-3 hours. Nice goood mulch over them aswell. Hope this helps somewhat.
Local native T. ovatum best adapted to local conditions. T. grandiflorum good for large showy petals.
