    I am new to the forum . I bought a house Lower Mainland which has these trees (pictures attached).

    Anyone can identify them?

    Laburnum, Hawthorn and Rowan (European Mountain Ash).

    Thank you for the identification It helps a lot . So only Rowan and Hawthorn fruits are edible and medicinal benefits. Laburnum is considered poisonous ? Should I do anything about it ?

    You didn't say if you're worried about children, pets or livestock. There are a lot of Laburnum around, even planted by the city as street trees. And there are a lot of other very common garden trees and plants that are poisonous. Don't eat them and you won't have to worry about them. And teach your kids not to eat them.
