trees on Flint St., Port Coquitlam

    There is a line of these trees in front of Kwayhquitlum Middle School; the first thing you notice as you approach the school in Spring is this AMAZING scent! Very sweet but not at all overpowering. Here a couple of photos - as you can see there are actually two types of leaves present. TIA for any help with this one.

    Tilia of some sort, commonly called linden here. I can't see in the photo, but the flowers hang from the narrow bracts, right?
