Tree without leaves, in Arizona

    I believe it is very hard to identify the tree without any leaves. The bark is remarkable.

    Is this bark color suitable for Parkinsonia? I thought Parkinsonia bark contains chlorophyll and is always green?

    Old age and cold damage can cause it to be brown.
