I recently went on a home tour in Denver Co around Washington Park. One home had a tree in the back yard that had pink and green leaves on it. Does anyone know what that is and where I could find one:

Might be a Fagus sylvatica 'Tricolor'/'Roseo-Marginata', aka Tricolor Beech.

The common one is correctly 'Purpurea Tricolor' and not 'Tricolor', which is so rare it may even be extinct.

Thank you. I found a place that offers them for sale and it will grow in my zone it says. For some reason I like varigted plants. Also saw varigated iris in Colorado so now my search is on for them. Appreciate your info.
