Identification: Tree with flowers

    First I didn't notice these flowers, they look like strangers here but it is certainly connected to the tree or the shrub

    Flowers for croton look OK. I am not familiar with crotons, to me they are with very colorful leaves. Can you be more specific with Latin name?

    Codiaeum variegatum, not all varieties (IE moluccanum) are highly colored and can be dependent on light levels.
