    Hi all,

Someone in another forum I visit came across this tree during a Larapinta Trail walk and no one seems to know what it is. The only other info besides the pics is it has 'cork like' bark.

Any help is greatly appreciated :)

    Cheers

    Could be Erythrina vespertilio.

Definitely Erythrina vespertilio. These Central Australian ones have these extremely narrow (top to bottom) leaflets. In wetter east coastal areas some can have leaflets more like other Erythrinas.
