Tree/shrub's been in our yard since we purchased our home 5+ years ago. This is the first year it has bloomed (see attached). Growing rapidly and is now well over 7ft tall with slender branches. Would like to know the name. Also, any suggestions on care - we would like to have these beautiful blooms return each year.

Thank you in advance for your assistance.
