    Hi,

Sorry I don't have any pictures at the moment but I'll try and describe it as best as I can.

    The seeds:
    - Shiny black color, completely coated in a rubbery orange substance (this falls off soon after the seed is dropped)
    - About the size of pinto bean.

    The Pod:
    - Contains about three of the seeds
    - Very hard case, I do mean VERY hard
    - Opens in three segments, starburst style/splayed
    - Top down view is like a celtic trinity knot (outline)

    The environment:
    - Southern California

The Tree is about 30' tall

    Thanks for any help!

    JM
