I need a tree to screen the neighbour's house. It will be placed near the back fence in a long (60') lawn. Criteria: 15-20' high, with broad dense canopy, one trunk as opposed to multi trunk maples, purple preferred. I've looked at Bloodgood but it looks too "see through". The Globe Maple is a bit formal and a bit too tall. Suggestions?
