I don't know the actual names of these plants?

I think one is a white magnolia - blooms in early spring, then the leaves appear

another is a red maple of some type

third one is a bushy type that comes up each year and spreads by sending out shoots

Star magnolia or Loebner magnolia. Multiple kinds of each on the market.
Redleaf Japanese maple. Even more kinds of these on the market, impossible to have any idea from this far away.
Variegated phlox. The green-leaved portions should be dug out and discarded.
