In The Garden: Tree in Lower Barracca Gardens, Malta, Europe

    Can anyone identify this tree, please? The partly wilted flowers on the ground and the tree itself were nothing I have seen before. Thanks!

    Indeed, that's it! I tried Google search of pictures and found the flower but it didn't have a name! Interesting, thanks again - also for the speed of your reply.

    P.S: I have seen the tree on Madeira, but then with the fruit only.
