    Hello all,

Please help me identify a tree in my backyard. I am in Ohio. I can't reach any of the leaves but the tree has been dropping flowers. I have attached a picture.

    Thank you!

Catalpa. How wide across are the flowers?

The flowers aren't very big. Maybe 2 inches across. The leaves are quite big. Maybe 5 or 6 inches across. Also I noticed there are long brown pods. They remind me of string beans but brown and bigger.

Ditto to Catalpa. Probably Catalpa speciosa.

Thank you both so much! That's it exactly.
