My wife loves this tree at the country club with the green and yellow leaves. We want to plant some around our new home... does anyone know the name ... I saw some in the CostCo parking lot , but the leaves were all green ... Not the green and yellow we are looking for ...

Gingko biloba, probably Gingko biloba variegata is what you want. The variegation is striped the length of the leaf and not the width as your picture shows. Your picture is of a mature leaf that is starting to turn yellow as in fall coloring.

Also, the variegation is not consistent and reverts to all green without frequent pruning.
