This one has a divided leaf. It's a common thing in non-frosty climates, I've seen it many times myself but don't have the name at the tip of my tongue.

Nobody has named it yet! But I'm sure they will - I could fairly quickly come up with it after a little checking but figured someone more into tropicals would pop up with it soon enough.

I agree with RonB this has a compound leaf. Neither species
mentioned would fit that. A closeup of the leaves and any fruit
or flower would help a lot.

    Regards

Could it be Murraya paniculata? The bark looks consistent. They can grow that big.

The other plant is one of the tall Strelitzia spp., probably S. nicolai -- unless its a bunch of Ravenala suckers!

Since this was dragging on I began to think about it more and thought of Murraya also. Think the clipped hedge between my grandmother's Honolulu back yard and one of her neighbors to the side may have been the same stuff.

Some of those posting to this site about Murraya house plants might be amused or amazed by the outdoor specimen shown here.
