    Langley, B.C. Stones throw from old HBC farm.
    Taken in south Vancouver. Not sure if the branches are diseased or not.

    Ditto to Sweetgum Liquidambar styraciflua.

    The bark is natural, corky 'wings' like that are common on Sweetgum.
