    Ok, difficult to tell much from the bark photo, with the foliage and flower shot reminds me of Prunus laurocerasus or English Laurel. I'm not sure I've ever seen it this large before, do we have a geographic location? Tennyo

    Probably some sort of Photinia, maybe P. arbutifolia (Heteromeles a.).

    Leaves look to be opposite, but hard to be certain. If they are opposite, check out Ligustrum lucidum (Chinese Privet).

    I do see some resemblance to privet. The problem is all the views are from too far away, plus the plant is not strongly representative of its type--whatever its type is.
