    Guys

There are two trees on the bordering housing unit just outside my balcony (4th floor) in White Rock, BC. I took two photos of each although I couldn't get closer due to foliage and fenced property so I used telescopic for poor identification.

I'm assuming the first 2 photos (245kb and 189kb) is a cherry of sorts and the second set of two (283kb and 192 kb) is a willow?

I'm having a good time on this site by the way!

    Prunus lusitanica
    Ilex aquifolium

    Both weeds in this region.

I've seen many male English hollies with this appearance, and remember no Highclere hollies that had it. And I've had access in the past to the pretty representative collection of Highclere holly cultivars present in the Seattle arboretum. If we knew how big the leaves of this specimen were it would probably settle the matter right there.

Photo 180kb is taken of the holly Ilex aquifolium and Photo 162kb of the adjacent Prunus lusitanica. Are they the right species?

Nobody is debating the laurel. A couple think the holly is a Highclere holly, how long are its leaves?

A 10cm average leaf length is Ilex × altaclerensis.
