    Yep, Zelkova serrata.

    Note that the trees have been pruned to that crown shape.

    Spreading, vase-like habit typical. In fact, one cultivar is called 'Green Vase'. A zelkova I measured in Enumclaw, WA during 1992 had an average crown spread of 54' when 56' tall.
