This was a salvage operation that I was given earlier this year, and I haven't a clue as to what it may be... Will have a better look when I get in this evening, but the bark looks more like Red Mulberry, based on http://www.duke.edu/~cwcook/trees/moru.html If nothing else, I'll give it a few months and see what develops!
