    I tried Google lens...sometimes helpful...sometimes miles out.
    Found Marcgravia sp with alternate leafs that grows in Colombia.
    Not a clue if this is correct but it is a look alike.

    Suggest you sign in FOC and try try inaturalist as they have experts world wide that know plants from the area they live in/do their research etc

    Marcgravia rectiflora seems to be a good fit though there appear to be many species of Marcgravia. Thank you very much for the lead.
