Can anyone please tell me what tree this is? It just started blossoming less than a week ago in my front yard, in the West End of Vancouver. It has the most beautiful fragrance, like jasmine and honey, with ruffle like, white blossoms... pic attached.

Thx Silver! I think you're right, according to the wikipedia description... a mock orange blossom.. smelling very much like jasmine and orange blossom...
And not a tree. Standard item often on display at independent garden centers at this time of year. There are multiple cultivars on the market including types with both single and double flowers.
