I have transplanted some grape vines (hardy wild variety). Because of their location the root was difficult to remove well and complete. These vines are now in a sunnier location than their previous placement and are not doing well i.e. the leaves are dried out while the vine itself seems green and reasonably pliable. Should I cut the vine back and in the process remove all leaves? Will the main stalk of the vine find ways to produce new green?

    Help!
I am a rookie but well aware that they should not have been moved in the first place
(the move was necessary to allow construction to take place in their previous setting). Thanks!

Do you mean simply ignore?........ the latent plant energy will show as new growth in time?

    Cheers!
