Does anyone know how the trachycarpus takil's resistance to wind damage is? I mean, being a big exotic palm and all, does anyone think that in future years they might plany some at beach areas? I know English Bay has some fortunei, But I live in north Surrey by Vancouver, and I never seem to ge the chance to get out there. Thanks if anyone knows!

For wind resistance this is the palm for you. T. Takil fronds will bend in the wind just like fortunei.
