I planted some Black Locust trees in my land the last winter, without knowing anything about their toxicity. I just chose them because of their toughness and fast growning. Cause's I have cows, pigs and horses in that land. I thought, when I planted the trees, these animals would be helpful at cleaning the land of suckers year by year. Recently I heard eating the suckers and leaves of these trees would be a really trouble for the animals, that they would be dead.

So, It is true at all? it would be very dangerous to have robinias and animals living together? I hope you can help.
