I am now making bear topiary 21 inch by 18 inchs and selling them on E-bay I thinking of getting in to selling the plant with the bear topiary what would be the best plant I can use for that and do I start with a new little plant or can I get a big one and wrap it in string like a Christmas tree and put the topiary I made over it and cut the string and fill in the legs, arms and head.

Check out Wikipedia for [WIKI]topiary[/WIKI] - small-leaved ivy. To be strict about the definition of the term, starting with a wire cage isn't true topiary, but creates a topiary effect.

Nope, just plant the ivy under the frame and train it into the shape.
