my mandarin orange trees grow too many shoots, before that happened, a month ago leaves turned yellow then drop and lost so much leaves, is it normal in rainy season? almost rain everyday with medium to high intensity.
A large number of shoots should not be a problem. Also, it is common for citrus to drop a large number of leaves before a flush of growth. It is almost as though the citrus plant pulls the nutrients out of the old leaves, discards them, and provides the nutrients to the new growth. It is one of the patterns related to leaf drop I have observed (other patterns can be found on the problems and treatments pages: Problems and Treatments | Aprici , part of my growing citrus pages). In any case I do not see anything wrong in the photos, looks nice and healthy.
Too much rain may have the same root rotting effect as too much watering, if the soil is not well drained. But your plant is recovering too well for any hypothetical recent root damage. So I think that's not your issue.
it's a laterite, clayey soil, looks red or brown-ish, with some of earthworm, I give 15-09-20 fertilizer with trace elements of Mn, Mg, B..
