    Hi there:

Last week I bought a few started Tomato plants and planted them, they are (were) about a 1' high and bushy. Last night on my patio deer ate 4 of them down to about 4". There are just 3 or 4 little leaves at the bottom of the main stalk. Can these plants be saved? Can they still bear fruit? Or should I toss them.....?

    Thank you

Tomato plants normally grow new side shoots at each leaf node. So you should be able to use one or more of the shoots as new main stalks after they develop. Without a main stalk the new shoots will grow very quickly.

Keep them, they will still grow well.
