Can anyone identify what this is on my tomato plants? They were doing better than ever this year, and now this....I live by the beach in New York, Long Island.
I've attached some photos I took this afternoon. The problem seems to be contained to the bottom of the plants. If you know what it might be, could you please advise me on any possible treatment.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.
    Thank You....HK
Let me know if you need any more information.

Looks to me like a physiological problem. Salt burn/Salty soil, water or insecticide phytotoxicity.
